By using InstantDocHub you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The beta

InstantDocHub is currently in private beta. Features may change, and we may occasionally need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We'll do our best to give notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. Please let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give us only the permissions needed to store, process and display them so the service works, for example to generate previews and search indexes.

Acceptable use

Don't use InstantDocHub to store or share unlawful material, to distribute malware, or to infringe other people's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your use

You can stop using InstantDocHub and export your data at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll tell you before they take effect.
